Step 1: Consultation & Custom Order Form

Your journey begins with an online consultation and the completion of our custom order form.

During this meeting, we’ll discuss your design vision, preferred setting and diamond options, your partner’s lifestyle, budget, and proposal timeline to ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered.

Step 2: Design Direction & Quotation

Depending on the complexity of the design, we may provide a preliminary hand-drawn sketch to confirm the creative direction.

A detailed quotation will then be prepared and sent to you via email.

Step 3: Quote Approval & Deposit

Once you are happy with the quotation, an invoice will be issued.

Your commission is officially secured, and production planning begins upon receipt of the deposit.

Step 4: CAD Design & Approval

A detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering of your ring will be created for review and approval.

Please allow up to five working days for the initial CAD design, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Step 5: Diamond Selection & Approval

Before your diamond is set, we will provide a video for your review.

This gives you the opportunity to inspect and approve your chosen diamond, ensuring complete confidence in your selection.

Step 6: Handcrafted Production

Once the CAD design has been approved, your ring enters production.

Each bespoke commission is meticulously handcrafted and can take up to seven weeks to complete, depending on design complexity and approval timelines.

To ensure your ring is ready in time for your proposal and to secure your preferred delivery date, we recommend booking your consultation at least three months in advance.
